Greetings, DBJC believes An Education must teach a student to stand independently. An education must teach a student to face Chaos. An education must teach a human to respect humans. To teach and Excel a student in these aspects of life, DBJC has L.E.A.P.Value Education Club. Where minds get ignited. New ideas are encouraged and talents are nurtured to flourish. To Lead the world as a leader, To Excel in humanity, To Achieve greatness to Prosper in life, DBJC has the most unique Club called, L.E.A.P. Value Education Club. The Club’s main duty is not just about creating seminars and master classes on value-based education. Beyond conventional seminars, our main mission involves translating value-based education into practical experiences. Here, DBJC empowers individuals to explore their inner selves and unleash their strengths through immersive master classes. L.E.A.P.VEC strongly believes Gender Equity has a huge part in our country’s progress. To take the value of Gender Equity, L.E.A.P.VEC annually organizes various Gender Equity programs. To take The impact of these programs on school students and people of society, The Club has been involved in Creating awareness about Menstruation, Mediation, Forgiveness, Acceptance, and Tolerance. In simple terms, L.E.A.P.VEC is the reason for DBJC to have Value Based Education. You can also become an active member of the Club just by enrolling yourself during the Club’s Inaugurals.

Holistic Leadership Development: Students gain leadership skills and a deeper sense of civic responsibility through programs like “Swami Vivekananda’s Preach on Personality Enrichment” and the “Pledging for a Stronger Democracy” initiative, empowering them to lead meaningful societal change.
Community Awareness and Engagement: Campaigns such as “Riding Toward a Drug-Free Thoraipakkam” and “Voice of Values” foster a strong sense of social responsibility among students, equipping them to address critical issues like drug abuse, women’s safety, and sexual harassment, thus positively impacting the broader community.
Environmental and Health Advocacy: Initiatives like the “Greenpeace Walk for Global Warming” and health programs like “Menstrual Wellness Awareness” and “Yoga for Health” promote sustainability, personal well-being, and public health, inspiring active community participation and promoting a healthier, eco-conscious lifestyle.
