GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL COMMITTEE
INTRODUCTION
The Grievance Redressal Committee was constituted to probe into the student grievances. The composition of the Grievance Redressal Committee is in accordance with the UGC (Grievance Redressal) Regulations, 2023. The function of the cell is to look into the complaints lodged by any student, and judge its merit. The Grievance cell is also empowered to look into matters of harassment. Anyone with a genuine grievance may approach the department members in person, or in consultation with the officer in-charge Students Grievance Cell. In case the person is unwilling to appear in self, grievances may be dropped in writing at the letterbox/ suggestion box of the Grievance Cell at Administrative Block. Grievances may also be sent through email dbjainmca@yahoo.co.in

OBJECTIVES
∗ Upholding the dignity of the college by ensuring a conflict-free environment in the college by promoting student-student relationship and student-faculty relationship
∗ Encouraging students to express their grievances/problems freely and openly without fear of
retribution.
∗ Instructing students to respect each other’s rights and dignity and to show great restraint and
patience when conflicts arise
∗ Advising students to refrain from inciting students against other students, teaching faculties and
college administration
∗ Instructing to all faculties not to act vindictively among the students for any reason.
∗ Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited inside and outside the organization. Ragging and
violation of disciplinary rules should be brought to the attention of the Principal immediately.
